Liaison Architect - Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working out the feasibility for the project besides preparing conceptual and detail drawings
• Managing and coordinating with various government officials for getting the project approvals like IOD, CC, Further CC, Full CC, Full/Part OC and preparing compliances for same.
• Coordinating with various departments like Design, Structural, MEP, Site Engineers etc. and ensuring all the work is completed on time with respect to approved plans.
• Coordination and supervising the work of project as well as the numerous contractors & vendors who contribute to the projects.
• Manage resources and delegate work to junior architects and draftsman
• Provide inputs on the local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation of the same
• Ensuring all the compliance required for various NOC `s like MOEF, HRC, CFO, EETC, Tree, SWD, Drainage etc. are completed on time
• Knowledge of various building norms, material specifications, market costing
• Must be Computer Savvy (Ms Excel, Ms Word, etc.) Qualification: Bachelor/Diploma in Architecture
