- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financial/derivative contracts and related documents across multiple jurisdictions (India, Asia, Japan, EMEA, US).
- Handling various agreement types including prime brokerage agreements and master agreements (ISDA, GMRA).
- Managing multiple negotiations simultaneously and responding to agreement-related queries.
- Liaising with business stakeholders and corporate divisions to obtain approvals on risks and deviations.
- Identifying and highlighting legal risks, and coordinating with external law firms.
- Providing commercially aware legal advice based on thorough legal research.
- Staying updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualification:
Mandatory:
- Qualified Law graduate with at least an LLB degree.
- 2-5 years of demonstrable experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of financial/derivative contracts and related documentation.
- Excellent analytical and legal skills with strong attention to detail.
