About The Role
We are looking for a Level 3 - Network Engineer with an experience of 7 + years in Network Management Services. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and advancing the network architecture between the Service Provider and the Client.
Requirements
- Experience in SolarWinds and other Network monitoring tools such as Aryaka SDWAN / ISP Circuit Management, Routers, Switches and Firewalls such as Palo Alto Networks PA Series and Panorama.
- In-depth knowledge of Load Balancers such as F5 BIG-IP and Wireless Access Points- Aruba Instant.
- Understanding of Network Monitoring Tools such as SolarWinds and FortiNAC Network Access.
- Familiarity with VPN Solutions and Bandwidth Management.
- Proficient in leading and troubleshooting complex network architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
- Experience with advanced network monitoring tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Experience in working with 3rd party vendors.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Expertise in 24x7 monitoring, problem resolution, and optimization of LAN, WAN, and Unified Communications.
- Act as a single point of contact for the management and administration of the Network Center of Excellence.
- Collaborate with the client and 3rd parties to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Relevant certifications in network technologies for example Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba will be preferred.
