Key Responsibilities

Primary Skills (Must Have)

Process Industrialization:
Assist in creating and updating work instructions, control plans, and routings for production.
Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
Technical Documentation:
Write and maintain technical documentation (e.g., routings, progress reports).
Ensure documentation complies with company and industry standards.
Software Utilization:
Use SAP, PLM, and Catia V5 for product data management, 3D modelling, and process planning.
Process Optimization:
Analyse existing processes and propose cost/quality improvements.
Adapt processes for offshore manufacturing contexts.
Quality Assurance:
Identify non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Support audits and compliance checks.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with local teams and international stakeholders (e.g., front-office teams in France).
Share best practices and troubleshoot process issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in Kaizen, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Contribute to waste reduction and efficiency projects.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP, PLM, and Catia V5.
Experience with technical writing (work instructions, reports).
Professional Skills:
Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements.
Problem-solving skills for non-conformity resolution.
Soft Skills:
Rigor, organization, and teamwork in multicultural environments.
Autonomy and responsiveness in dynamic settings.
Languages: Proficiency in English; French or local languages are a plus.
