Lensmaker Growth Associate

What You Will Do

1. Connect with optical stores and opticians across Pune
2. Introduce Lensmaker's lens products and solutions
3. Develop new customers and grow existing accounts
4. Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders
5. Visit selected optical stores and build long-term relationships
6. Communicate offers and product information through WhatsApp
7. Coordinate customer orders with the production and office teams
8. Work towards a monthly sales target of ₹2 lakh+

Who Should Apply

1. Students, freshers or young professionals
2. Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and/or English
3. Comfortable meeting and speaking with business owners
4. Energetic, curious and willing to learn
5. Comfortable travelling locally in Pune
6. Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel
7. Sales experience is not mandatory
