Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Leisure Travel Consultant. The consultant will handle day-to-day tasks such as designing customized travel itineraries, assisting with bookings for leisure travel, group tours, and car rentals, and providing top-notch customer service to clients. Responsibilities also include managing travel arrangements, addressing client queries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Leisure Travel, and Car Rental services
- Strong Customer Service skills to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Experience in Travel Management and handling end-to-end travel arrangements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and travel industry trends is preferred
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
