We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Travel Consultant to manage travel inquiries from international and domestic clients visiting India. The ideal candidate will design customized itineraries, coordinate travel arrangements, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure memorable travel experiences.
KeyResponsibilities
- Handle inbound travel inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms.
- Design customized tour packages based on client preferences, budget, and travel goals.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, guides, and other travel services.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors.
- Provide destination knowledge and travel advice to clients.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve any travel-related issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat business opportunities.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Work experience of 1 - 2 years in customer support or similar profile.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to create travel itineraries and costings efficiently.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and MS Office.
