Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leisure Sales position, based in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include driving sales, managing customer inquiries, and providing stellar customer service to meet client travel needs. Additional duties involve delivering training and support to team members, overseeing sales operations, and developing strategies to achieve organizational sales targets. The role requires strong interpersonal relationship-building and client management skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client interaction and relationship management
  • Proven Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training to support and guide team performance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or related fields
