Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Trainee to support our internal team with financial and legal due diligence, document preparation, exhibit assembly, quality control, and administrative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates interested in legal operations, immigration support processes, or compliance documentation. Training will be provided. You will start as a legal trainee with potential to be promoted to a full time legal associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial history and preparing analysis of source and path of investment capital
- Preparing document checklists and organizing required materials
- Bank/ledger tracing and transaction analysis
- Drafting legal summaries, reports and affidavits
- Preparation of translations or other supporting documents.
- Manage pagination and formatting to prepare submission-ready exhibit packages
- Organizing digital records according to templates and protocols
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to complete submission of petitions
Required Qualifications
- Critical thinking and organizational skills is the most important
- Bachelor's degree in the field of law (LLB, BA. LLB, BBA. LLB, B. Com. LLB and LLM)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Great reading and writing skills in English
- Ability to work with confidential information responsibly
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS Office and editing PDFs on Adobe
- Familiarity with Box, Dropbox and Google Drive
- Email and Calendar management skills
- Some Forensic Accounting experience is a plus
