Legal Technology Systems Administrator / Analyst (CLM)

Experience Required: 5–7 years overall, with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience supporting legal systems

• Diligent Entities (formerly Blueprint) – Entity Management
• CounselLink – eBilling & Matter Management
• Kodex – Digital Vault / Security
• Ironclad – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• DocuSign CLM

• iManage (DMS)
• LexisNexis
• Authentic8 (Silo Browser)
• DocuSign eSignature
• SecureDocs (Onit)
• Litera Compare
• Bodhala (Legal Spend Analytics)
• MaxVal Symphony / Web TMS (IP & Trademark Management)
• Quorum Analytics / Quorum PAC
• Better Regulation (Regulatory Compliance)
• Go Deed Inc. or similar real estate document management platforms

Role Overview:

• Configuration, administration, and ongoing support of Legal & CLM platforms
• Collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and IT stakeholders
• Support for system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution
