Education:
- Graduate in Law (Bachelor's in law /Master's in law)
- Conveyancing knowledge and experience of handling real estate contracts
- Knowledge in contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, lease management
Position Summary:
- In-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, contract drafting, lease abstraction, lease management
- Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks in transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client expectations throughout the contracts management process.
- Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Updating daily, monthly reports and trackers
- Ability to work independently and ability to multitask
Core Competencies:

- English Proficiency (IELTS Level 6 or Equivalent minimum), including:
- Reading: Able to read and understand general legal processes and conveyancing-related materials with sufficient accuracy to identify obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Writing: Ability to draft clear, well-structured communications such as emails, reports, and documentation in a business context.
- Listening / Speaking: Able to engage in professional discussions with legal professionals, clients, and stakeholders in Australia, demonstrating clarity, appropriate terminology, and confidence in interpreting and explaining key documentation in the conveyancing process.
- Understanding BPO Requirements: Understanding of outsourcing processes and familiarity with core concepts such as SLAs and compliance related KPI metrics.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Ability to coordinate with various internal teams (i.e. Legal, development, sales and conveyancing team members) and serve as a point of contact for the client in the conveyancing process.
Technical and Analytical Skills:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Competence in analysing data, generating insights, and preparing accurate reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Intermediate Level): Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration. (Intermediate = ability to use functions to summarise data, manage shared documents, and use collaboration tools effectively)
- Technology Adaptability: Ability to learn and work with various platforms and tools such as (PEXA (Property Exchange Australia), Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, CTS (Contract Lifecycle Management), Docusign, Adobesign.
