Legal Secretary / Paralegal

Jobscope includes:

• Assisting in the preparation of court documents and bundles and service of documents
• Calendaring lawyers.
• Assisting with corporate transactions and proofreading of documents.
• Assisting with other ad hoc work and administrative tasks from time to time.
• Provide secretarial support to lawyers.
• Opening new client's files, including preparation of Letter of Engagement, Warrant to Act and emails to client.
• Assist with preparation of legal documents, including searches, e-file, etc.
• 5 days work week
• Hybrid role

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Candiate with Elitigation filing experience
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to help communicate with china clients) is preferred but not compulsary
• At least 1 year experience
