Legal Research Internship in Pune

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Draft and review Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, Refund & Cancellation Policies, and other legal documents.
• Structure partner agreements and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour, service, and consumer protection laws.
• Draft and review vendor contracts, employment agreements, and NDA frameworks.
• Support risk mitigation across operations, including liability mapping and escalation protocols.
• Assist with legal aspects of fundraising documentation and related processes.
