Research Analyst (Non-IT & Legal Recruitment)
We are looking for a Research Analyst to support our recruitment team by sourcing and identifying high-caliber Clients for Non-IT and Legal positions across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and talent mapping for legal and non-IT roles
Identify and source Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and other professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases
Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future searches
Generate client leads and provide research support to recruiters
Gather compensation, market, and industry intelligence
Maintain accurate client records and recruitment reports
Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing, or client generation
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and online research tools
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
