We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our firm as an Associate Recruitment. We are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter with 2+ years of specialized experience to manage full-lifecycle recruitment for legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating in a global hiring environment, collaborating with international teams, and providing flexible support to meet the demands of various time zones and legal markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for attorneys, paralegals, and compliance officers across domestic and international offices.
  • Cross-Border Sourcing: Utilize global platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and region-specific job boards to identify legal talent in various international markets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with global hiring managers and partners to understand regional legal qualifications (e.g., JD vs. LLB) and practice area nuances.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in global talent acquisition meetings
  • Cultural Competency: Adapt communication styles and recruitment strategies to align with diverse cultural norms and local hiring regulations.
  • Flexible Support: Demonstrate the ability to work across different time zones to facilitate interviews and meetings with global teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience in legal recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Global Mindset: Proven experience or a strong comfort level working within a global team structure and hiring for international roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the legal industry, including specialized practice areas and varying qualification standards across jurisdictions.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to offer support to global team members and pivot priorities based on international hiring demands.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in global ATS platforms like RecruiterFlow.
