Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Legal Reasoning Trainer, based in Hyderabad. The trainer will deliver engaging and effective sessions on legal reasoning topics, design and curate training materials, and prepare mock tests to support students preparing for competitive exams. The role also involves mentoring students, evaluating their performance, and providing feedback to enhance their skills and success rates. Collaboration with team members to continuously refine the curriculum and teaching methods is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of legal concepts, reasoning skills, and the ability to simplify complex ideas for students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Experience in teaching or training, especially in legal reasoning or related subjects.
• Capability to create, evaluate, and refine educational materials, practice papers, and mock tests.
• Strong mentoring abilities with a focus on student success and performance improvement.
• Prior experience in competitive exam coaching is a plus.
• A bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm for education, and a collaborative mindset to work in a dynamic team environment.
