Legal Reasoning Faculty (UG-CLAT Coaching)

Job Summary:

Anchoring the law test-prep program (UG level) at various centres and external venues in Bhubaneswar. Guiding and mentoring law aspirants preparing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and other law entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Delivering high-quality and engaging classroom sessions on legal reasoning, logical reasoning & current affairs section of CLAT (UG) & other UG-Law entrances

2) Personalized mentoring of students by monitoring their performance, resolving doubts through one-on-one sessions

3) Preparing content to enhance students preparation

4) Conducting career awareness seminars at Schools, Colleges and other educational institutions

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Education: Graduate (5-yr. integrated Law program)/Post Graduate from a recognized University, preferably from a National Law University (NLU).

Skills:

1) Should possess good fundamental knowledge of legal & logical reasoning concepts required for UG-CLAT

2) Should have the ability to take sessions on GK/Current affairs for UG-CLAT

3) Should have good presentation skills

4) Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital platforms

Experience: Prior teaching experience of at least 1 year in a similar test prep organization would be an added advantage.
