We are seeking a skilled Legal Professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in providing legal support and advice, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents and contracts
• Provide legal advice and support on various matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and risk management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• Strong understanding of Indian legal framework and regulations
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Experience with contract law, corporate law, or litigation is a plus
