Job Description

Role Overview

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with external advocates and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion and ability to drive performance to achieve set objectives.
  • Proficiency in local languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Conversant with MS Office and related systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and be part of the approval team for motor third-party claims in the region.
  • Drive settlement of motor third-party (TP) claims within the region.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and monitor claims performance.
  • Review high-value TP claims for reserve adequacy and ensure effective legal defence strategies.
