Job Description

  1. Drafting Resolutions, Notice, Agenda, Minutes of Committees / Board Meetings and General Meetings and other procedural Company Secretarial Documents.
  2. Preparation and filing of e-forms / Annual Filing Documents on MCA portal
  3. Basic knowledge of Listed and Public Limited Companies
  4. Filing of Form FC-GPR and handling other FEMA and RBI compliances
  5. Co-ordination for obtaining the Director Identification Number (DIN) / Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Directors
  6. Maintenance of Statutory books and registers
  7. Other secretarial activities such as issue of shares, increase in Authorised capital, Transfer of shares etc.
