This is a full-time, on-site Legal Officer role located in Delhi, India. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal risks. Additionally, the role involves handling legal consultations, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring proper application of business law in various company practices. This position requires strong problem-solving skills to address complex legal matters effectively.

• Proficiency in Business Law and a strong understanding of general legal principles
• Expertise in Contract Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Experience in Legal Consulting and capacity to provide sound legal advice
• Solid background in corporate or business-related law, and attention to detail in document review
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher; membership in a recognized bar association is preferred
• Experience in real estate, fintech, or technology sectors is a plus
