Legal Officer

CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates who can manage all corporate, commercial, and IT-related legal matters of the company can apply. S/He should have work exposure in an IT / ITES / technology services company or reputed law firm handling tech clients.

Experience: 7-10 years

Qualification: LLB / LLM

Job Profile

1. Manage all corporate, commercial, and IT-related legal matters of the company
2. Draft, review, and share inputs for client contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SLAs, and vendor agreements
3. Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, IT laws, labour laws, and regulatory requirements
4. Advise Management and Business teams on legal risks, implications, and mitigation strategies
5. Support Sales, Delivery teams with contract closure and risk reviews
6. Handle legal due diligence for partnerships, alliances, and M&A activities
7. Manage disputes, litigations, notices, and coordinate with external legal counsels
8. Establish and maintain legal policies, templates, and contract governance frameworks
9. Ensure data privacy, information security, and IP protection compliance
10. Provide periodic legal MIS, risk reports, and updates to leadership and governance forums

Candidate Profile

1. Work exposure in an IT / ITES / technology services company or reputed law firm handling tech clients
2. Hands-on exposure to board governance, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance
3. Prior experience working closely with CXOs, Founders, or Board members
