Job Description
Our client, a leading technology consulting company, is looking to hire a Commercial Contracts Lawyer for their Bangalore office.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, along with exposure to M&A and corporate transactions. The role will primarily involve handling commercial contracts, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, technology and licensing agreements, service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs and other business-critical contracts, alongside transaction-related documentation such as Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Shareholders Agreements (SHAs), Business Transfer Agreements (BTAs), and Investment Agreements.
Candidates with relevant in-house experience with strong commercial contracts experience are preferred.
