Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Manager - Real Estate based in Nashik. The role involves managing property portfolios, overseeing lease administration, negotiating and drafting lease agreements, and providing legal advice on real estate transactions. The Legal Manager will also monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal matters related to real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing Leases
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate legal practices
• Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is required; additional certifications in real estate law are a plus

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with Bar Council (preferred).

Experience:

• 510 years of experience in real estate legal work.
• Experience with real estate developers or law firms handling property matters preferred.
