Role Description

You'll be our legal backbone across a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters. From product due diligence and managing compliance to navigating the evolving fintech regulatory landscape, you'll work closely with leadership on issues that actually matter.

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience at a reputed law firm or in an in-house legal role. 
• Strong grounding in corporate law — contracts, governance, advisory, regulatory compliances. 
• Experience in capital markets and/or fintech is a strong plus (SEBI, RBI, FEMA familiarity preferred).
• Ability to work independently, move fast, and translate complex legal issues into clear business decisions. 
• CA/CS coordination experience is a bonus.
