Legal Manager - M&A

Our client, a leading Technology consulting company, is looking to hire an M&A / Transactions Lawyer with 5+ years of experience for their Bangalore office.

The role will involve advising leading technology companies on M&A and corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Shareholders Agreements (SHAs), Business Transfer Agreements (BTAs), Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs), Joint Venture Agreements (JVAs), Investment Agreements, Term Sheets / Letters of Intent, and other commercial and transaction-related agreements.
