Role Description

We are seeking a capable and experienced Legal Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru location. The Legal Manager will oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, managing legal affairs, and ensuring alignment with compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to safeguard the organization's legal interests.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and thorough understanding of Legal Compliance.
• Proven experience in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Affairs.
• Strong skills in Legal Consulting and legal risk management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in drafting contracts and legal documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in real estate law or corporate legal affairs is a plus.
