Our client, a leading #mobility platform in India is hiring a Manager – Legal (Contracts & Advisory) in Bengaluru!

What are we looking at

LLB with 6+ years of PQE in contracts, legal advisory, or commercial law

Someone who can draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts like MSAs, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements

Strong grip on regulatory compliance and the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical, business-friendly solutions

What will you be doing

Leading end-to-end contract lifecycle management across functions

Advising business teams on legal structures that are both compliant and commercially workable

Monitoring regulatory developments and proactively flagging what matters to the business
