Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is looking for a motivated and diligent Legal Associate – Litigation to join our dynamic legal team.

Eligibility

Advocate with a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience
Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals

Key Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions
Representing clients before Courts and Tribunals
Conducting legal research and case analysis
Assisting in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and Company Law
Managing litigation documentation and case files
Liaising with clients, counsels, and court officials

Desired Skills

Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Good computer literacy and attention to detail

Experience

Minimum 3+ Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
