About Legal Job Opportunity At JSA

JSA is looking for an specialist who can hit the ground running, particularly in Budget Finance and Project Finance. You will be part of a high-octane team managing complex cross-border and domestic financing transactions.

Job Details

Position: Associate Banking & Finance
Location: New Delhi (On-site)
Experience (PQE): 23 Years

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Advisory: Advising a sophisticated mix of lenders (Public/Private Banks) and borrowers on debt structures.
Specialized Financing: Leading documentation for Budget Finance and Project Finance (Infrastructure, Energy, etc.).
Drafting & Negotiation: Handling financing agreements, security documents, facility agreements, and inter-creditor deeds.
Transaction Management: Oversight of the entire deal lifecycle, including due diligence, closing conditions, and post-closing compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory PQE: 23 years of solid post-qualification experience.
Firm Background: Prior experience at a top-tier law firm is required.
Core Competency: Specific, hands-on exposure to Project Finance and Budget Finance documentation.
Soft Skills: Exceptional transaction management skills and the ability to negotiate with seasoned institutional representatives.
