Job Details

Position: Litigation Associate
Location: New Delhi (Office typically located in areas like Mayur Kunj or near the Supreme Court/High Court vicinity).
Experience (PQE): 02 Years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Joining Date: 1st February 2026.
Retainer: * 25,000 per month for freshers.

Higher for candidates with relevant experience.
Reimbursement of office-related expenses provided.

Nature of Work

Associates are expected to participate in the full lifecycle of a case:

Drafting: Pleadings, Written Submissions, SLPs, and Legal Opinions.
Research: In-depth case law analysis using SCC Online and Manupatra.
Advocacy: Attending hearings across various judicial forums in Delhi.
Briefing: Assisting in the preparation and briefing of Senior Counsel.
Process Management: Handling E-filing, procedural compliances, and litigation administration.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication and proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Pro, and legal databases.
Background: Candidates with a track record in Moot Courts, Debating, or Academic Publications are preferred.
Attitude: Willingness to receive feedback and a drive to eventually build an independent litigation practice.
