Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Structure corporate transactions to meet commercial intent and manage investments from inception to completion.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including agreements, schemes, and trust deeds.
Oversee business contract management, including licensing, merchant, and marketing agreements.
Ensure compliance with laws, including RBI regulations, data privacy, consumer protection, and corporate governance.

Job Requirements:

11-13 years of experience in M&A practice with expertise in corporate transactions, M&A, PE-VC, and structured finance.
Strong understanding of foreign exchange regulations, corporate law, securities regulations, and contract law.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
LLB qualification (LLM and/or other certifications are a plus).
