Job Description

We're Hiring: Legal Interns (IBC | SARFAESI | Corporate Law)

We are looking to onboard 2 Legal Interns for immediate engagement on ongoing litigation matters involving real estate projects.

This is a hands-on, structured internship offering direct exposure to IBC, SARFAESI, RDB Act, and Companies Act, 2013 matters arising from active disputes.

Role Overview

Selected interns will work under the direct supervision of a designated legal manager ensuring:

  • Clear scope of work
  • Regular guidance and reviews
  • Practical, outcome-driven learning

This structure is designed to align academic knowledge with real-world litigation and recovery processes.

Key Exposure Areas

  • Assistance in IBC proceedings before NCLT / NCLAT
  • SARFAESI & recovery-related documentation and strategy support
  • Corporate law compliances linked to stressed real estate assets
  • Coordination with external counsel, financial creditors, and internal stakeholders

Who Should Apply

  • Law students with an interest in insolvency, financial, and corporate laws
  • Preference for candidates who have undertaken formal coursework / certification in insolvency or financial laws (including programs aligned with expert faculty and research centres)
  • Strong research, drafting, and execution mindset
