About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and business-focused Legal Intern to support OnGrid's rapidly growing operations. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with leadership, commercial teams, product teams, and external stakeholders on a wide range of legal, contractual, compliance, and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate should possess strong contract management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Legal Team in contract management, legal research, documentation and compliance-related activities.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining NDAs, Service Agreements, DPAs, and other commercial contracts.
• Maintain contract documentation and correspondence; track key dates for renewal, extension, or closure
• Present contract terms and legal positions clearly to internal stakeholders and external parties
• Identify and mitigate legal risks to protect the organization from breaches and liabilities
• Support the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise leadership accordingly
• Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations, judicial precedents, and regulatory updates relevant to the Company business
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
