Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Intern located in Gurugram. The Legal Intern will work closely with the team to assist with legal research, drafting, and reviewing documents, and supporting ongoing legal and advocacy projects. Responsibilities include analyzing legal issues, preparing legal resources, providing consultations, and contributing to legal awareness campaigns. The individual will also participate in community outreach programs to help promote legal literacy and social justice.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Law and Legal Issues
- Experience or competency in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex legal information clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate initiative in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Law or enrollment in a Law program is required
- Prior experience in NGO work, legal advocacy, or social justice initiatives is highly desirable
- Commitment to promoting legal literacy and contributing to community betterment
