Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role located in New Delhi. The Legal Intern will assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research and supporting due diligence projects. Key responsibilities include providing insights into Litigation support, legal compliance and regulatory matters, managing contracts and addressing legal issues. The intern will also work closely with the legal team to support ongoing litigation and advisory projects.

Qualifications

• Most eligible are 2nd & 3rd Year Law students.
• Strong understanding of Law, Legal Consulting, and Legal Issues
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Contract Review
• Effective Communication skills, both written and oral
• Attention to detail and excellent research and analytical abilities
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing in a fast-paced legal environment
• Bachelor's or ongoing pursuit of a degree in Law or related field
• Prior internship experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus
