Legal Intern (Fresh LL.B.) – Gurgaon ( Only Gurgaon Candidate please)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Only Gurgaon-based candidates should apply)

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Full-Time Opportunity: After 6 Month - Based on performance (CTC: 1.2 – 1.8 LPA)

About the Role

Vakil Help Desk is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic LL.B. graduate/Undergraduate who is eager to gain practical legal experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of legal matters and provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a legal career.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
Draft legal notices, agreements, replies, and other legal documents.
Assist in Intellectual Property Rights (Trademark, Copyright, and Patent) matters.
Support Civil and Criminal litigation work.
Assist in DPDP, Cyber Law, Consumer Law, and RWA-related matters.
Prepare legal opinions, summaries, and case documentation.
Coordinate with clients, government departments, and legal authorities.
Maintain legal files and case records.

Skills & Qualifications

LL.B. graduate/Undergraduate
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
