Key Learning & Support Areas
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, and other standard documents under supervision.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, company filings, and statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Conduct guided legal research on cleantech policies, IP protection for retrofit innovations, and labor laws.
- Provide coordination support with external counsel and assist in tracking legal timelines.
Requirements
- Current law student (4th/5th year LLB or fresh LLM) from a recognized university.
- Basic understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance.
- Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to assist on multiple tasks.
- Interest in ESG/cleantech sector is an advantage.
