Experience : 6 to 8 years
Job Description :
Legal Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to the management team on business decisions, contracts, and regulatory implications.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines, company law, and other applicable statutes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal and regulatory risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement robust compliance programs.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
- Regulatory Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely filings, audits, and responses to notices.
- Litigation Management: Oversee and manage legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
- Extensive experience in Litigation/ Non-Litigation/ Recovery & Statutory Compliance/ Corporate Law/ Title Search Report/ Due Diligence/ Non-Performing Assets Resolution/ Contract Management/ Legal Services
Bachelors of Law (B.L/L.L.B)
