Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters and provide legal advice to the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks for the organization.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and compliance regulations in India.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
