Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Legal Faculty member to join our teaching team. The primary focus of this role is to deliver engaging classroom lectures and provide consistent mentorship to our students. We are looking for candidates who can explain legal concepts clearly and help students build the confidence needed to succeed in competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lecture Delivery: Conduct regular classroom sessions on core legal subjects, including the Law of Torts, Contracts, Criminal Law, and the Indian Constitution.
- Student Mentorship: Act as a mentor to students, providing guidance on exam preparation strategies and career pathways in law.
- Doubt Resolution: Hold dedicated sessions to address student queries and ensure a thorough understanding of the legal reasoning syllabus.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress through classroom interaction and provide encouragement and advice to help them improve their scores.
- Classroom Management: Ensure a professional and productive learning environment for all aspirants.
Requirements
- Education: Must hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English. The ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, relatable manner is essential.
