Hiring: Legal & Compliance Experts | Remote | Global

We are looking for experienced legal and compliance professionals to contribute to AI evaluation projects.

Role: Legal & Compliance Expert

Engagement: Project-based Contractor

Location: Fully Remote (Global)

Time Commitment: Approximately 10 hours per task

Key Responsibilities:

Design realistic, multi-step legal and compliance tasks.
Review contracts, legal documents, policies and compliance requirements.
Develop objective grading criteria and review standards.
Evaluate complex scenarios involving conflicting legal or business requirements.
Create or source relevant supporting documents and reference materials.
Ensure tasks are clear, challenging and objectively gradable.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Legal, Compliance or Contract Review.
Experience with legal review checklists, compliance frameworks or contract review standards.
Strong document analysis and written communication skills.
JD, active legal licence or compliance certification is an advantage.
AI/LLM evaluation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Important: Prior AI experience is not required. Strong legal and compliance domain expertise is what matters.
