Our Story Started in Kolkata, West Bengal. The Year 1993.

Key Deliverables
- Drafting legal agreements/franchisee, dealer contracts on time & other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights are protected
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, etc.)
- Collaborate with legal team to devise efficient legal defense strategies
- Assist legal manager in litigation matters, as & when arises
- Work closely with legal manager to regularly monitor compliance
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
- Knowledge of Trademark protection, registration, Legal cases in NI Act (Sec 138 cases) etc.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Legal professional in retail or manufacturing industry with 4 to 5 years experience
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Excellent skills in legal drafting & commercial contracts management (franchisee)
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
- Outstanding communication skills
- BA & LLB degree is mandatory
