Job Description


  • Monitor legal changes that affect the organization.

  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (e.g. regulators / local authorities, external counsel, etc) and adherence to deadlines in relation to these relationships

  • Draft, review and approve agreements, contracts, policies and other legal documents across the business to ensure organizations rights and interests are protected

  • Implementation of documentation and legal process relevant to the functionality of the organization.

  • Creating processes for smooth running of the organization wherever required.

  • Maintain current knowledge of amendments of legislation relevant to the organizations business in jurisdictions where the organization operates, including preparing training materials and implementing internal processes.

  • Work alongside other functions and departments within the Organization to provide accurate and timely advice on various legal topics.

  • Develop a curriculum to convey legal matters to employees.



  • Requirements

    • Qualifications BA LLB/LLM

    • Excellent knowledge of corporate law and procedure

    • Organisation skills

    • Excellent legal drafting and communications skills and proficiency in English and other languages (written & spoken)

    • Investigative skills

    • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, managing deadlines to meet stakeholders expectations

    • Enthusiastic and Eager to learn

    • Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations, facts and information, and full comprehension of the external environment which influences the Company's business operations

    • Negotiating skills

    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with effective communication at all levels of the organization and the ability to maintain strong relationships within various functions

    • Tech-Savvy

    • Ability to work under pressure
