We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and legal support to our team, handling a range of tasks including GST and Income Tax related legal work.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and legal support to the team, including drafting and typing legal documents, preparing court filings, and maintaining files and records.
2. Handle GST related legal tasks, including:
- Drafting and reviewing GST agreements and contracts
- Preparing and filing GST returns and appeals
- Coordinating with GST consultants and auditors
- Providing GST related advice and support to clients
3. Handle Income Tax related legal tasks, including:
- Drafting and reviewing Income Tax agreements and contracts
- Preparing and filing Income Tax returns and appeals
- Coordinating with Income Tax consultants and auditors
- Providing Income Tax related advice and support to clients
4. Conduct research and analysis on GST and Income Tax laws and regulations
5. Coordinate with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
6. Manage and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
7. Prepare and submit reports and documents as required by the management and regulatory authorities
8. Perform other administrative and legal tasks as assigned
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Experience: 1+ Year in Handling Income Tax, GST and TDS
