Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Legal Executive** to support the organization in handling **legal documentation, statutory compliance, contract management, and coordination with legal authorities/advisors**.
The role requires strong drafting skills, legal awareness, and the ability to work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth legal and compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Documentation & Contract Management - Draft, review, and vet: - Agreements - Contracts - NDAs - Vendor and service agreements - Legal correspondence
- Ensure legal documents are properly maintained and updated.
Compliance & Regulatory Support - Support compliance with applicable: - Corporate laws - Commercial laws - Regulatory requirements
- Monitor legal and statutory timelines.
Legal Coordination - Coordinate with: - External legal advisors - Government authorities - Internal departments
- Assist in follow-up of legal matters and documentation.
Legal Notices & Records - Track legal notices, case updates, and responses. - Maintain organized legal records and document management systems. Risk & Process Support - Identify legal risks in contracts and operational processes. - Support management with basic legal opinions and document review. Desired Candidate Profile
- LLB qualification from a recognized institution - 2–5 years of relevant experience in: - Legal documentation - Contract management - Compliance support
- Experience in manufacturing / corporate / commercial environment preferred.
