Job Description
Position: Head – Legal & CRM
Location: Chembur-Mumbai
Industry: Real Estate / Second Homes
As ALYF continues to scale, we're looking for a senior professional to lead our Legal & CRM functions.
This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring someone who understands both the legal complexities of real estate transactions and the importance of delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead legal documentation, agreements, compliance and transaction closures
• Oversee CRM from booking through collections, documentation and handover
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Projects and external legal partners
• Build robust processes and systems across Legal & CRM
• Ensure strong governance while keeping customer experience at the centre
We're looking for someone with 8–12+ years of experience, preferably within real estate, who is commercially sharp, process-driven and comfortable taking complete ownership.
