Job Description
Hiring: Legal Counsel (6-8 Years PQE) | Leading Fintech | Mumbai
Our client, a leading fintech is looking to hire a hands-on Legal Counsel for its Mumbai office.
What you'll do
- Draft, negotiate and vet fintech, licensing, SaaS and IT/ITES agreements
- Handle data protection (DP/DPA) and third-party contracts
- Work on capital market and fundraising documentation
- Build and own legal SOPs, policies and internal controls
- Advise the business on regulatory and compliance matters, and coordinate with external counsel on IP, arbitration and disputes
What we're looking for
- LLB (or LLB + CS) with 6-8 years of experience in legal advisory and contract management
- NBFC or fintech background
- Strong drafting and vetting skills across the agreement types above
- Based in Mumbai
