Job Description

  • Shape legal strategy across a dynamic investment portfolio.
  • Work on highvelocity global VC deals

Job Description

  • Promote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate investment documents.
  • Manage legal due diligence across corporate, IP, employment, and regulatory areas.
  • Advise on structuring, governance rights, ESOPs, cap tables, and founder obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA/FDI norms, and sectoral regulations.
  • Support portfolio companies on contracts, fundraising rounds, and governance matters.
  • Collaborate with global investment, tax, and compliance teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B / LL.M
  • 3 - 5 years of post qualification experience, preferably at Tier I or II law firms
  • Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
