Have 3 - 5 years in SaaS companies with global operations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, DPAs, SaaS service agreements, vendor, partnership, and integration agreements.
• Provide advice to internal stakeholders on contract risks, interpretation, disputes etc.
• Coordinate with external counsels and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual and regulatory alignment.
• Assist in research and implementation of globally applicable laws including employment laws, IPR laws, technology laws (including DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA etc), and AI governance laws (including EU AI Act).
• Assist in managing end-to-end contract lifecycle from template creation to execution (including renewals, amendments and terminations).
• Assist in implementing legal work-flows, playbooks, contract repositories, and tools to scale legal support.

1. Customer facing agreements
2. Vendor agreements
3. Partner agreements
